Brief description of the project
Family
Our clients are a Spanish couple with two children, who value a lot of the energy efficiency. Want a home efficient, modern, and very sunroom into the garden and the swimming pool.

It is a plot, flat, square-shaped.
Home
We propose to you a modern house with straight lines, with wood panelling on the facade contrast with the minimalism of their volume targets. In the day area, a great tree-lined courtyard filled with natural light the living room and kitchen, this being a space connected to the veranda with big sliding. On the ground floor is located the master suite, for use of parents, being fully glazed towards the garden. On the upper floor two bedrooms for the children, with exit to a large terrace. The house has the highest energy rating thanks to a system of aerothermal that air-conditioning and hot water, thanks to the photovoltaic panels on the roof, fully integrated. With home automation you can control the entire house, managing the energy and acting on some blinds exterior graduate the incidence of the sun. Thanks to system Living Kits dry construction, we have been able to decrease CO2 emissions and making a home of low ecological footprint.
