La zona de salón y cocina está dividida por un patio central que garantiza la luz natural en todas las zonas de la casa. La máxima calificación energética se ha logrado estudiando la orientación e incidencia solar, y proponiendo una envolvente con grandes aislamientos térmicos. En instalaciones se emplea una climatización de bajo consumo , preparadas para ser usada con paneles fotovoltaicos en el futuro. Gracias al sistema Living Kits de construcción en seco, hemos podido disminuir los residuos y los escombros en obra, reduciendo el impacto medioambiental, y logrando así una vivienda de baja huella ecológica.

We propose a housing in a single plantwith all the rooms open to a great porch in L-shape, surrounding the central zone of swimming pool.

The lounge area and kitchen are divided by a central courtyard that ensures natural light in all areas of the home.

The maximum energy rating has been achieved by studying the orientation and solar incidence, and proposing an envelope with great thermal insulation. In installations using a air conditioning for low power consumptionready to be used with photovoltaic panels in the future. Thanks to the system Living Kits dry construction, we have been able to reduce waste and debris in the work, reducing the environmental impact, and making a home of low ecological footprint.
