Our customers are a Spanish family with two children already-independent states. Have lived in the north of Europe, America and Asia, and have extensive knowledge of passive houses. Looking for a home very efficient, comfortable, and modern design. We propose to raise the entire plot, with a large wall of exposed concrete that allows you to place a plant on top of the buildings adjoining. In doing this, we have the desired views of the sea, and privacy to the street from the ground floor. \n\nThe housing is divided into two areas, one for day and another for night. \n\nThe day area is transparent, and unites a large living room and kitchen to the main garden by porches. Next to this space, we put the pool, separated from the building by way of Tatami mats, where they like to practice Yoga. \n\nThe sleeping area has two floors, with 4 bedrooms, ocean front, with exits to the outside through porches and covered terraces. \n\nAll the rooms have natural lighting, and the study of sunlight optimal allow us to achieve the A+ rating.
